New: Allied Vision’s 10GigE high-speed-video recording camera in a new design

SMR 10GigE camera with Full HD up to 2517 fps, 32 GB onboard storage, and fast 10GigE interface

Allied Vision has released the SMR 10GigE, a completely newly designed camera for high-speed-video recording, imaging and process visualization. Developed on a new hardware platform, the SMR 10GigE delivers higher frame rates, higher resolution, and increased onboard storage of 32 GB compared to former recording camera models. The integrated 10GigE interface enables faster downloads, helping users accelerate troubleshooting, quality inspection, and process optimization.

Designed for industrial setups
The SMR 10GigE records up to 2517 frames per second at 1920 × 1080 pixel (Full HD). The frame rate even increases further with reducing the resolution, enabling clear visualization of fast physical processes and short-duration events. The 10GigE connection is designed to provide high download speed. With 32 GB of internal storage, users can record longer sequences before offloading data. 
A closed housing supports operation in industrial settings by reducing dust contamination risk. Long cable length support helps position the camera where it delivers the best view without forcing nearby PC placement. The camera is delivered with VisualMARC3, a ready-to-use recording software designed to be intuitive even for users without prior high-speed camera experience. It allowes to reduce the resolution, adjust the shutter time, program an external stop trigger and provides a lot of data formats to store the high-speed-videos. In addition, the software provides simple video processing options.
