- Management, establishment and further development of the global Custom Products and Smart Cameras division.
- Further development and implementation of the strategy for Smart Cameras and Custom Products.
- Realisation of the ambitious business targets with Business Development and Sales.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with important customers and partners worldwide.
- Realisation of customer projects in close cooperation with R&D, Operations & Sales.
- Creating and monitoring convincing business cases.
- Defining the product and sales strategy for smart cameras.
- Analysing and evaluating market trends.
- Close cooperation within the TKH 2D Vision Group to realise comprehensive solutions for customers.
Your profile
- Completed technical/university studies (Diploma/Bachelor/Master) or comparable training with a technical or business management focus.
- Professional experience in product management for electronic or complex products (ideally in the field of machine vision) and/or technical sales.
- Good technical understanding of hardware and software, ideally experience in the B2B solutions business.
- Leadership experience in a team management function.
- Methodological competence in project management, requirements management, product calculations and business case calculations.
- Very good communication skills in German and English as well as confident handling of MS Office.
- Analytical, solution-orientated way of thinking and hands-on mentality.
