Smart Camera Alecs
Allied Vision shows its One-Stop-Shop Machine Vision Portfolio at Automate 2026
Highlighting at central stage the Smart Camera Alecs
Allied Vision, a global provider of customer-centric Machine Vision solutions, will exhibit at Automate 2026 in Chicago on June 22-25, 2026. At booth #214, Allied Vision will highlight its expanded portfolio and one stop shop approach for industrial imaging. The displayed solutions will show how customers can move from evaluation to deployment faster with integrated solutions from one source, from open edge platforms, high speed interfaces, and cameras that cover ultraviolet, visible, and short wave infrared wavelengths.
Open Smart Camera Alecs
Allied Vision will showcase Alecs, its open smart camera platform designed for rapid deployment and maximum software flexibility. It combines high-quality image acquisition with powerful NVIDIA edge AI processing in a single, robust IP67 housing.
Two hands-on demos will show:
1. Alecs with eVision Software for practical, fast-to-integrate vision applications such as measurement and rule-based inspection.
2. Alecs with eVision Deep Learning for robust AI-driven inspection scenarios and running locally at the edge for low latency and no cloud dependency.
What more can visitors expect at booth #214
100 GigE FXO with RDMA: high-throughput imaging, lower CPU load
A featured connectivity demo will spotlight the 100 GigE FXO camera with Remote Direct Memory Access (RDMA). The camera enables stable, low-latency data transfer while reducing CPU overhead, and thus supports demanding inspection environments that require speed and precision.
Seeing beyond the visible: SWIR imaging (400–1,700 nm)
Allied Vision will present the Short-Wave Infrared capabilities of the Goldeye SWIR camera series across 400 nm to 1,700 nm, enabling applications where visible imaging falls short, for example material differentiation and enhanced feature visibility. Visitors can learn about compact, industrial designs and on-board correction features aimed at consistent image quality.
Ultra-high-resolution line scan imaging for precision inspection
For high-detail, continuous inspection tasks, Allied Vision will showcase the ultra-high-resolution line scan cameras allPIXA evo 16k & 32k designed to support precision QA and industrial inspection workflows.
Alvium Camera Series: UV, visible, and SWIR flexibility
Also on display: the Alvium camera series, offering broad spectral sensitivity (UV to SWIR) and multiple interface options. Alvium cameras support scalable multi-camera setups and efficient integration for embedded vision and automation projects.
