Your tasks
- Supporting the HR department in its day-to-day operations.
- Overseeing the practical implementation of digitalisation initiatives within the HR department (e.g. the introduction of digital processes, documents and forms).
- Maintaining, organising and ensuring the quality of data in the HR information system.
Your profile
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Ability to work independently and in a goal-oriented manner in accordance with guidelines.
- High level of trustworthiness and a strong sense of responsibility when handling sensitive data.
