- ABM & Demand Generation: Build and execute ABM programs with Sales (ICP, target accounts, campaigns) to drive MQL/SQL and pipeline
- Sales Enablement: Create targeted assets (battlecards, case studies) and support deals to improve win-rates and velocity
- US Localization: Adapt Head Quarter content for US markets (Defense, Semiconductor, Automation) and ensuring clear, benefit-oriented messaging
- Partner Marketing: Grow partner programs via co-marketing and joint initiatives with integrators/distributors
- Field & Events: Manage US trade fairs, roadshows, and partner events (including lead gen & follow-up)
- Performance & Reporting: Track pipeline contribution, revenue influence, and partner success using tools like Salesforce/HubSpot. Success is measured by attributable pipeline contribution.
Your profile
- B2B Technical Marketing Expert: Several years of experience marketing complex technical products that require explanation (ideally Machine Vision or Industrial Tech). Experience marketing into Defense ecosystems is a plus, ability to work with partners and customers in regulated environments preferred.
- ABM & Sales-Aligned: Proven track record in Account-Based Marketing and demand generation within complex sales cycles. You thrive on close operational cooperation with sales teams
- US Market Specialist: Native or near-native US English communication skills. Ability to craft clear, precise, and industry-specific messaging
- Strategic & Hands-On: You are a builder who can establish processes from scratch while executing tactical campaigns
- Collaborative Leader: Team-oriented with strong stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel ~20% within the US for field marketing and events
