Your tasks
- Creation and implementation of regional marketing plans to achieve business and sales targets.
- Planning, coordination and execution of regional events, including trade shows and conferences.
- Close collaboration with the global marketing team and regional sales manager. Our headquarters are located in Germany, with US locations in California, Texas and Pennsylvania.
- Translating product and market requirements into marketing messages, creating content and communicating it effectively to the regional market.
- Executing market- and segment-specific campaigns, account-based marketing plans and taking responsibility for lead generation programmes to develop qualified sales leads, grow the pipeline and increase brand awareness in the region.
- Overseeing the marketing strategy for partners and sales channels to prioritise strategic partners for joint marketing activities.
- Monitoring the progress and measuring the results of all key marketing campaigns by regularly reviewing the pipeline and tracking business deals.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, business development or a related field.
- 1-2 years experience in marketing, preferably in industrial sector / manufacturing industry.
- Familiar with digital marketing, marketing automation and ABM.
- Ability to produce content in different formats: e.g. video, blog, social media, etc.
- Knowledge on Salesforce, (Hubspot) + Pardot, 6Sense, Demandbase, Google Analytics, Creative Cloud is appreciated.
- Knowledge of the machine vision or automation industry is a plus.
- Must be collaborative, able to multi-task, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross functional & virtual team in a matrix organisation.
- Willingness to travel nationally and, if necessary, internationally.
