- You will lead the development of new line-scan products and machine vision solutions from the conceptual phase through to series production
- You will lead the development of new cross-site camera platform products with colleagues from various company locations
- You will be responsible for the entire implementation process, including specifications, costs, and timelines
- You will work with internal and external clients and a strong development team to develop the technical specifications
- You will work with the team to design technical solutions for new products
- You will lead interdisciplinary project teams comprising developers from design, electronics, and software
- You will serve as the communication point between the development team and the client throughout the entire project. You will be responsible for project documentation and document management
Your profile
- Degree in electrical engineering, optics, computer science, computer engineering, mechatronics, physics, or comparable training
- Experience in image processing, optics, electronics, or software development is a plus
- Experience with agile project management methods is a plus
- Fluency in German and English
- Experience or interest in leading projects for the development of technical products
- Entrepreneurial mindset to drive projects and product development
- Strong communication skills, both internally and with customers, in an international environment
