- Personal and administrative support of our employees in all personnel-related issues
- Preparation of employee certificates and correspondence and preparation of contract documents, certificates and references
- Maintenance of master data in the personnel information system as well as execution of personnel storage including archiving
- Support of HR business partners in the recruiting, onboarding, change and exit processes
- Assumption of independent HR projects in the area of responsibility and participation in larger, large-scale projects
- Support in office and travel management
Your profile
- Successfully completed training with a background in Human Resources Management
- Ideally, you already have professional experience in a comparable position
- Basic knowledge of labour, tax and social security law
- Experienced use of Microsoft Office as well as a personnel information system
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Interest in working in an international environment
- Reliable and structured way of working, sense of responsibility and service orientation
