Your tasks
- Define target customers together with sales and plan personalised programmes for key accounts (account-based marketing)
- Design, implement and optimise nurture programmes and account & lead scoring logic
- Operational & conceptual work with marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Pardot/MCAE)
- Plan, implement and continuously optimise campaigns across channels such as email and 6sense
- Product marketing: develop clear positioning and messaging, monitor competitors, support market launches; support sales with documentation
- Create and test content and materials (landing pages, one-pagers, case studies); improve conversion
- Work closely with sales, use shared playbooks and leverage data for targeted outreach and faster deals
- Measure and report results: reach, interactions, qualified leads, sales opportunities and revenue contribution; derive actions from this
Your profile
- Completed training or degree in marketing, communications or comparable qualification with at least 3 years of professional experience
- Ideally, a very good understanding of marketing automation logic and customer journeys, as well as experience with a focus on account-based marketing (ABM)
- Ability to translate complex content in a structured manner
- Data and testing skills: segmentation, use of intent data, lead scoring; decisions based on figures
- Experience with common tools: marketing automation (e.g. HubSpot, Pardot/MCAE), web analytics, Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strength in clear positioning and understandable messaging; content creation for websites, emails and sales documents
- Excellent collaboration with sales, good project management and communication skills
- Very good German skills and confident English skills
