Your tasks
- Operational customs clearance, i.e. handling shipments, exports and imports
- Preparation of shipping and transport documents
- Application for and procurement of accompanying documents for goods
- Compilation of data and information for the calculation of preferences
- Performing preference calculations Preparing the necessary declarations of origin or movement certificates
- Providing support with customs-related certifications and/or customs audits
- Performing sanctions list checks based on internal guidelines and evaluating potential hits
- Supporting other departments with delivery terms and customs procedures
Your profile
- Completed training in wholesale and foreign trade, freight forwarding, logistics services or a comparable qualification
- Extensive professional experience in operational customs clearance
- Knowledge of export control
- Experience in working with internal interfaces, external transport service providers and local customs offices
- Confident knowledge of current national and international export control laws
- Confident use of ATLAS and EZT
- Good knowledge of logistics, merchandise management and order processing
- Very good communication skills in German and English
- Willingness to travel
