The assembly of sensor board, front flange and lens is critical. Even micrometer deviations can reduce the image quality of a high-grade lens on a powerful image sensor. The Active Alignment at Allied Vision is integral part of our Alvium Camera production line. It is an automated process featuring an accuracy and cleanliness, which cannot be achieved in a manual process.
