The AVT NeuroCheck Interface v4.0 can be used with NeuroCheck® v6.0 
(Service Pack 3 or later). It consists of the following components:

- AVT Interface DLL         AVTNcUni.NET.dll        4.0.3
- Camera Configuration DLL  AVTCameraControl.dll    1.2.0

Hardware Requirements
---------------------
PC or laptop with 1 GHz 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) processor or better.

For further hardware requirements please refer to the AVT Universal Package
release notes and the NeuroCheck® documentation.

Supported Operating Systems
---------------------------
The AVT NeuroCheck Interface is designed for the 32-bit and 64-bit Windows
operating systems:

   Windows 7, Vista, and XP

Software Requirements
---------------------
Before installing the AVT NeuroCheck Interface please make sure that the
following software packages are installed:
  - NeuroCheck® version 6.0 (SP3 or later)
  - AVT Universal Package version 2.0 or later

Please note:
The AVT Universal Package can be downloaded free of charge under:

Installation
------------
To install the AVT NeuroCheck Interface simply start the installer
executable (AVTNeuroCheckInterface_4v0.exe) and follow the instructions
shown on the screen.

Setting camera parameters from a check function
-----------------------------------------------
Timeout for image acquisition:
To ensure proper error handling a timeout is used inside the AVT NeuroCheck 
Interface to monitor the image acquisition. Therefore the check function 
'Capture image' returns after an image is received or the timeout is exceeded.
The check function 'Control Device' can be used to change the parameter 
'Timeout' dynamically. The default value is 2 seconds.
Please keep this in mind when using triggers or long exposure times.

Current Limitations

Currently it is not possible to change other camera settings during operation.
