New Manta G-235 using Sony IMX174 sensor

AVT’s Manta GigE camera series has been a mainstay in the machine vision industry since its release.  However, pairing it up with Sony’s new IMX174 CMOS global shutter sensor brings it to a whole new level.  With a resolution of 2.3 Megapixels, the IMX174 offers incredible sensitiviy, dynamic range, and low readout noise.  This makes it perfect for various applications, such as outdoor imaging or scientific applications, where lighting may be a challenge.  Users will also enjoy the numerous benefits they have come to expect from the Manta family of cameras: high quality design and performance, 2 octocoupled inputs and outputs, optional Power over Ethernet models, and many more.
