Your tasks
- You significantly increase sales and are responsible for the further development of assigned partners in the EMEA region
- You build a resilient sales pipeline through appropriate sales and marketing efforts
- You actively support our partners in selling Allied Vision products
- You take care of the development and maintenance of a resilient and reliable network to the top decision makers of our partners
- You will plan and support the implementation of partner trainings, events as well as trade fair appearances and roadshows on your own responsibility
- Together with your partner network, you develop our business plans and carry out market and potential analyses in order to derive new strategies, business cases and activities from them
- You perform performance measurement of all actions that have been done
- You coordinate with internal interfaces, especially with the direct sales department
- You will collaborate in the development of the channel management
- You are responsible for processing deal registrations as well as maintaining the CRM system (Salesforce)
Your profile
- You have a bachelor's degree or a comparable degree in business administration, engineering or natural sciences
- You have first experience in partner management positions and direct sales (or comparable)
- Experience with electronic image processing, including CCD/CMOS sensor technology, cameras, optics and lighting knowledge is a plus
- You have fluent business English skills
- You have a high level of motivation, excellent interpersonal skills and high customer orientation
- You travel as needed to meet the sales goals of your region
- The head office of the team is located in Ahrensburg near Hamburg, there is the possibility to work from home office
