Case study contest terms and conditions



Contest is open to anyone including sales professionals, engineers, and students.

(No Allied Vision employees or relatives)


Contest Duration

Contest begins on September 1, 2016, 12:00 AM EDT and ends October 31, 2016 11:59 PM EDT.



All entries should be submitted via the contact form found on the Allied Vision website. Multiple entries from a single person or company are accepted and will be judged separately.
Please use our form to provide the following:


- Contact information (name, company name, company country, email, phone number)
- Application Area
- A clear description of the application in 500 words or less.
- Camera family name(s) and model(s) of camera(s) used in application.
- The upload of, at minimum, (1) image, diagram, or drawing is required.


Grand Prize

The grand prize winner will receive a 11-inch Apple MacBook Air (1.6GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5, Turbo Boost up to G.7GHz; 4GB 1600MHz LPDDR3 SDRAM; 128GB PCIe-based Flash Storage) (retail value of $953.00).

Additional Winners

The first ten (10) submissions will receive an Amazon gift card worth the equivalent of $25 (in the currency of the winner’s country).


Winner Selection

All submissions will be reviewed by a panel of Allied Vision’s Marketing team.

The ten (10) first submissions and grand prize winner will be contacted by a staff member of Allied Vision.
Winners will be notified by email on December 5, 2016


Contest Rules

This contest is not a lottery. Winners are selected by Allied Vision based on Allied Vision’s own evaluation criteria. Participants accept this and explicitly exclude any legal action on the contest and prize attribution. This contest is subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.  Allied Vision reserves the right to use and/or publish any/all information submitted with each entry including, but not limited to, application description, company name, location, and subject to inspection for the use of online, print, and/or any other media outlets. Any changes or additions made by Allied Vision to the provided material must be formally approved by the submitter before publication. (i.e., validation of the full case study).  


Each entry into the contest constitutes acceptance and permission to use any/all information in any Allied Vision marketing material. Allied Vision has the right to disqualify any submission for any reason if it is in violation of the official contest rules.
